Community guidelines

Welcome to the King’s Meadow Community Hub. To ensure a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for all residents, we’ve created these community guidelines. By using this hub, you agree to follow these principles to help make our shared space productive, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.

  1. Be Respectful and Inclusive
Treat all residents with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Avoid language or actions that could be seen as offensive, discriminatory, or hurtful. This includes any form of harassment, personal attacks, or exclusionary behavior. Embrace the diversity of our community and appreciate that everyone’s experiences and opinions are valuable.
  2. Keep Conversations Constructive
Use forums, chats, and discussions for positive, productive conversations that contribute to the well-being of the community. When sharing concerns or feedback, aim for a respectful and solution-focused tone. Avoid spamming, excessive self-promotion, or any off-topic content unrelated to King’s Meadow and community life.
  3. Share Accurate and Relevant Information
Only post information you believe to be true and relevant to our community. Avoid spreading rumors, false claims, or misinformation. Use the portal responsibly by sharing updates about local events, homeownership tips, builder communication, or helpful area insights. If sharing external links or resources, ensure they are appropriate, safe, and useful to other residents.
  4. Protect Privacy and Safety
Respect the privacy of your fellow residents. Do not share anyone’s personal information, such as names, addresses, or contact details, without their consent. Avoid sharing confidential or sensitive information about other residents, the estate, or development plans outside of the hub. Use discretion when posting personal experiences and protect your own privacy.
  5. Report Issues Responsibly
If you come across behavior that violates these guidelines, report it promptly. Use our contact form and avoid making false claims or personal grievances that could escalate unnecessarily. For home-related defects, builder communication, or community concerns, utilise the portal’s designated resources and follow the reporting processes set by Allison Homes.
  6. Be an Active and Supportive Member
Engage positively in discussions, offer help where you can, and celebrate the successes of your neighbors and community. Contribute to a welcoming environment by sharing helpful tips, local updates, and ideas that enrich our collective experience. Keep the hub a space where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to be part of the community.

By following these guidelines, you’re helping us build a community where everyone feels at home. Let’s work together to ensure King’s Meadow remains a vibrant, connected, and welcoming place to live.

Thank you for being a member of our community.
